RULES

• HWA must remain the prefix of the horse's show name. You may not add your own prefix.



• If you ever want to sell the horse at a future date, you do have the right to do so, and I may be interested in buying the horse back.  I ask that if you do want to sell a horse in the future that you sell it for Private Treaty, i.e. the horse will never be available for mass download, and if you sell the horse you will not retain a copy for yourself.



• You may not change the appearance of the horse, save for accessories.  



• Horses will NOT be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. We reserve the right to chose a home that will utilize the horse the most or that is a known Haflinger breeder  We give preference to Haflinger breeders because this ensures the horse will be kept in a breeding program and the horse's bloodlines will continue. This is not to say that non-Haflinger breeders would not be considered if they offered a good home to a sale horse; we want to try and please everyone who wants a horse from Hazelwood Acres.
